基于AT89S52高精度步进电机伺服控制系统设计

摘    要:采用AT89S52单片机为控制核心,通过键盘输入指令完成对步进电机转向和转速的设定,实现了对电机的实时控制,其相关数据可通过数码管显示.实现功能的程序全部用汇编语言编写,并对永磁式35BY48S03电机进行实际测试,结果表明:该设计工作稳定、定速精确误差小,满足了实际教学需要.

Abstract:The design uses the AT89S52 MCU as the control center.With the keyboard inputting commands,the step motor steering and speed are set.It enables real-time control of the motor and its associated data can be displayed by numerical code tube.In order to achieve the function,all programs are written in assembly language.Actual tests for the 35BY48S03 permanent magnet motor show that:the design is not only stable and precise,but also meets the practical needs of teaching.
