| 摘 要： | 为满足高精度测量和检测的要求,系统在外围电路的配合下采用2 4位的AD转换芯片实现5位半的高精度数字万用表。给出了具体的设计电路图和程序片段,以及在手持式存储示波表中的应用。实验表明,系统的精度可达到5位半,比原来提高一倍。

Design of High Precision Multi-meter in Portable Oscillograph based on ADS1211 |

| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirements of high precision measurement and inspection,this system uses a 24bit AD chip to actualize the five and half bits high precision multimeter on the support of the peripheral circuits.This paper gives the specific circuit diagram,program segment and its application in portable memoryoscillograph.Experiments indicated that the precision of this system can achieve five and a half bits which improved one bit than before. |
