台车式加热炉节能技术研究与应用

我国冶金系统轧钢加热炉约1000多座,均热炉400多座,还有数以千计的室式炉、台式炉、热处理炉,这些炉窑每年要消耗1000多万吨标煤.这些火焰炉热效率要比国外先进水平低一半左右,国内同类炉子的燃料消耗先进和落后的相比差距高达一倍以上.本文仅就冶金、机械行业的台车炉节能计术研究与应用加以论述,大力推广生产上行之有效的成熟节能计术,达到节能降耗的目的.

Energy Conservation Technology of Car Type Heating Furnaces

In the metallurgical industry of China, there are about 1000 sets of rolling reheating furnaces and 400 sets of socking furnaces as well as thousands of tanks , Car Type Heating Furnaces and reheating treating furnaces , which consume about 10 million of criterion coal every year .The thermal efficiency of domestic flame furnaces is lower about a half than that of foreign advanced furnaces, and the highest fuel consumptions of the same type of furnaces are twice as much as the lowest. The research and application on the saving energy of Car Type Heating Furnace in the metallurgical and mechanics industries were only discussed here. The purpose of the thesis is to spread efficient technology about the saving energy.
