大洋多金属结核吸附SO2的研究

摘    要:采用动态吸附柱研究了大洋多金属结构矿对废气中的SO2的吸附,考察了SO2浓度、废气流速、吸附温度及时间对吸附效率的影响。结果表明,SO2的最高吸附率可达99%,1g结核矿吸附SO2可达0.45g,吸附后可增重55%。用3mol/L NaOH溶液对吸附后的结核进行再生,再生率可达99%,所得再生母液中的Na2SO4质量浓度可达120g/L,再生后的结核矿可以重复使用。

Abstract:Sorption of SO 2 using ocean polymetallic nodules is investigated using a dynamic adsorption column. The authors study the effects of SO 2 concentration, gas velocity, adsorption temperature and time on the adsorption capacity of ocean polymetallic nodules, thereby establishing the optimum technological conditions, under which one gram ocean nodule can adsorb 0 45 g SO 2 and its weigh is increased by 55% by adsorption. The adsorpted SO 2 is eluted with NaOH solution (3 mol/L), obtaining regenerated nodules for reuse and regenerated mother solution containg up to 120 g/L Na 2SO 4.
