宝钢管线钢炼钢生产技术进步

摘    要:宝钢自20世纪90年代初开始批量生产管线钢以来,已经生产了API-X42~X80、抗硫化氢X52~X65等钢级管线钢合计超过400万t,并于2006年成功试制了X100和X120厚板管线钢。管线钢板卷已经用于塔里木盆地输油管线、苏丹管线、西气东输管线、中俄管线等国内外输油、输气重点工程。在十多年的生产中,炼钢通过改进装备、集成一贯工艺技术以及现场操作管理技术的进步,在管线钢的纯净度控制、铸坯成分均一化控制以及表面缺陷改善等方面取得明显进步,实物P]达到50×10^-4%,S]达到12×10^-4%。

Abstract:Baosteel began to produce pipeline steel in batches in early 1990s. So far it has produced more than 4 million tons of API X42-X80 and sulfureted-hydrogen-resistant X52-X65 steel. In 2006, it also succeeded in producing X100 and X120 pipeline steel, which has been used in many important projects, such as Talimu oil transport project, Sudan pipeline project, West-East natural gas transmission project, Sino-Russia oil transport project, etc. In the past 10 years, Baosteel has made great progress in pipeline steel' s purity control, slab composition' s uniformity control and surface quality improvement by means of upgrading its steelmaking equipment, integrating its process technology and field operation management technology. The phosphorus and sulfur level in pipeline steel has been lowered to 50 ×10^-4% and 12 ×10^-4% , respectively.
