| 摘 要： | 仿真技术在机械产品的开发中起着非常重要的作用.文章介绍了基于Pro/MECHANICA环境下进行机构运动仿真的特点、方法、对象和主要应用范围,并以凸轮机构为例进行了仿真运动分析的具体实践.通过机构的运动仿真,实现了CAD/CAE的集成,优化了设计,提高了新产品开发的效率和可靠性.

| Abstract: | Simulation plays an important role in the process of the design of a new mechanic product. This article provided the approach of Simulation of mechanism motion based on Pro/MECHANICA,introduced its method ,target ,and main extent of application ,analyzed the feature by compared to other manner of Simulation, accomplished the practise by using cam mechanism. As a result,it achieved the integrate of CAD/CAE,optimized the design,the efficiency and reliably of design were greatly improved. |
