| 摘 要： | 将单体生产过程成组,通过数据变换形成同一种数据分布,是有别于传统质量控制的思维方法。文章分析了过程能力指数计算的先决条件,给出了两种变换方法下过程能力指数的表达式,并通过与产品分布不合格率的内在关系的比较,阐述了过程能力指数计算真实性的重要意义和受限制的局限性。

| Abstract: | It is differ from thinking method of the traditional quantity control by grouping single-body production process and forming same data distribute through data transforming.The paper reconstructs the first condition of process capability indices calculation,gives expression of process capability indices under two kinds of transformation methods,and elaborates the important meaning of process capability indices real calculation and restricted limitation by comparing inside relation of the product distribution unqualified rate. |
