| Abstract: | Practical English teaching and learning in poly-technical colleges requires to get rid of traditional teacher monopoly and rigidity.Some measures for new autonomy are necessary in the field,e.g.establishing a good relationship between the learner autonomy and the teacher autonomy,creating a good autonomy environment,experimenting with more ways to implement autonomy,and flexible arrangement of teaching content,etc. |
