摘    要:针对基于图像生成数控代码的准确性问题,采用了虚拟加工进行验证.由光度学理论推导出图像恢复表面形状的数学物理模型,通过变法进行求解,得到物体表面的相对高度.根据数控代码的编写原则以及加工相关参数自动生成数控代码,进行虚拟加工仿真.以VC++为开发平台,实现了原型系统的开发.系统运行结果表明:该方法实用有效,为进一步研究做了准备.

Abstract:Aimed at the numerical control(NC) code generated based on images,process simulation is conducted to verify accuracy of the generated NC code.According to the principle of NC code writing and processing parameters,the NC code is generated automatically,and a virtual machining simulation is shown.By using VC++.net and OpenInventor,a prototype is developed.The results show that the method is practical and effective.
