| 摘 要： | 在饼干、蛋糕、膨化食品、饮料等食品的生产过程中有时需在表面喷洒一层蛋液、奶油或食用油或对液体饮料进行输送,要求喷洒均匀,减少浪费以及输送过程保持稳定;本文探讨设计了一种新型的水泵电机控制系统。该系统以8751单片机为核心,采用PID模拟控制算法;分析控制系统的工作原理;介绍了硬件结构框图和模拟控制算法的程序框图。

| Abstract: | During spraying egg liquor, cream and food oil upon biscuit, cake and expansion food or transporting liquid ,it demands constant spray .The paper designs a new spray control system .It takes 8751 single-chip computer as core using PID algorithm and analyzes the working principle and gives the hardware structure chart and implement figure of the control algorithm. |
