With the coming into being and the quick development of vocational education of our country, a batch of vocational transactions has formed consequently, and they have become a force among the universities, transactions. As soon as the transaction of the vocational college was created, it has been forcing an urgent problem of reformation and development. It may be the necessary way of living and existing of vocational transaction to shift notion, to change mechanism, to improve quality, and to show features.
