首钢炼铁厂热风炉烟气残氧分析仪的应用

摘    要:热风炉在节能降耗方面有一定的潜力,因此,首钢炼铁厂通过在热风炉上安装氧化锆氧分析仪,直观显示热风炉燃烧过程中过剩空气量,为热风炉操作提供量化标准,从而为准确地调整空气、煤气配比值和使炉膛内燃烧趋于优化提供了条件,使热风炉稳定地处于优化燃烧状态,提高了热风炉的热效率,达到了节约能源、降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract:Hot blast stove has got certain potentials in reducing energy consumption. The Zirconia Oxygen Analyser installed in the hot blast stove in Shougang ironmaking plant directly shows the volume of the surplus air in the burning process of the hot blast stove, which provides a quantized operation benchmark. Therefore it provides conditions for furnace-men to adjust the ratio of air and coal gas accurately to make the burning of the stove into optimization. It enables the hot blast stove in a status of optimised burning and raises the heat efficiency of the hot blast stove, thus achieve the objective of saving energy and reducing the production cost.
