摘    要:通过对BOPP进口料与国产料应力-应变行为的比较,得到了各种原料的屈服应力(σy),屈服应变(εy),断裂应变(σb),断裂应变(εb)及模量(E)等随拉伸速率的变化关系。分析结果表明,各种原料在生产中表现出的不同的加工特点是由其不同的应力-应变行为引起的;进口料的应力-应变性能波动较小,可能有助于材料在实际加工过程中的稳定;各种原料的应力-应变性能在拉伸速率为100mm/min时较好,这可能有助于寻找BOPP最佳的加工窗口,通过本研究及其后续工作,可望能对国产PP的加工和应用起一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Through comparison and analyses of stress-strain behavior of the domestic and the importable PP for BOPP, the relationship of yield stress, yield strain, break stress, break strain and modulus with tensile velocity were obtained. The results show that different processing characteristics of these materials are caused by their different stress-strain behaviors. The fluctuation of stress-strain behaviors of importable materials are relatively small, which may be helpful for their processing properties. The comprehensive stress-strain behaviors are preferable when tensile velocity is 100 mm/min, which may indicate the best processing windows for BOPP. These can be beneficial to the processing and application of domestic PP.
