超声/微波辅助提取分离钛铁矿中的钛铁

摘    要:采用超声、微波辅助硫酸酸解—水浸的方法从钛铁矿中分离钛铁。结果表明,容量分析法可以准确测定钛铁提取液中钛铁含量,超声、微波辅助硫酸分解—水浸出取效率显著,水浸10min达到稳定,钛铁浸出率分别达到97.2%和98.0%。

Abstract:Titanium and iron were leached and separated from ilmenite by sulfuric acid digestion with ultrasonic and microwave assistance and water leaching. The results show that volumetric analysis can accurately determine contents of iron and titanium in extraction solution. Ultrasonic and microwave promote leaching significantly. Leaching rate of titanium and iron is 97.2% and 98.0% is respectively after water leaching of 10 min.
