摘    要:为了更好地了解在二氧化碳超临界流体下铬鞣机理,采用对比实验法对常规铬鞣的基本原理进行了印证性研究。采用传统的皮胶原氨基酰胺化和羧基醇化来确定铬配合物分子与皮胶原结合的反应基团。研究证实了去氨基和羧基酯化的方法的可靠性及胶原羧基在常规铬鞣中起着主要作用。

Abstract:The verifying investigation of the mechanismof traditional chrome tanning was carried out in this paper in order to understandbetter the mechanism of chrome tanning in supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. The reactive groups involved has been studied using modified collagen such as methylated collagen and deaminated collagen. According to this study, the modifying methods were confirmed reliable, andthe carboxylwas found out to be the main reactive groups in traditional chrome tanning.
