| 摘 要： | 以尿素络合分离法来制备高纯油酸，采用响应面分析方法，对实验中尿素用量，冷却温度T1，T2进行研究，在优化工艺条件下，油酸提取率＞？70％，油酸含量＞97％，样品经二次处理，总油酸提取率＞50％，油酸含量＞99％。

| Abstract: | Urea complexes separating techniques was employed in preparation of highly pure oleic acid.The amount of urea and the temperature of crystallization were studied,which result in the improvement of refining techniques through the method of response surface analysis.The result reaches the purity of more than 99 % and the yield is over 50 %. |
