摘    要:基于USB2.0接口技术,利用单片机CY7C68013研制了分振幅光偏振仪的电子学系统.光电探测器将光偏振仪光学系统产生的多束光的光强线性地转换为电信号,经信号调理后,由多通道高速A/D转换器转换为数字量,然后通过USB2.0接口高速传输到PC机.利用PC机上的应用程序实现标定和测量时的数据采集和数据处理.测试结果表明:采用该电子学系统的分振幅光偏振仪具有测量速度快、精度高、安装方便等优点,测量时间小于10-3 s,斯托克斯参数的平均偏差小于1%.

Abstract:Based on USB2.0 interface technique,the electronics system of the division-of-amplitude photopolarimeter(DOAP)is presented by using a CY7C68013 MCU.The light fluxes of the multi-beam light produced by the optical system of the DOAP are linearly converted into the electronic signals by the photoelectric detectors.After passing through a signal conditioning circuits,the output electrical signals are converted into digital ones by a high-speed multi-channels A/D converter,and then the data sampled are transmitted into a PC via a USB interface at high speed.The data acquisition and processing for the calibration and measurements are performed by the related application program.The experimental results show that the measurement time of the DOAP is less than 10-3s,and that the mean deviations of the measured and theoretical Stokes parameters are less than 1%.
