摘    要:以在浅水中工作的玻璃钢滑行艇为背景,根据其艇底环境的特点进行了磨损原因的综合分析和艇底材料的模拟磨损实验,对艇底耐磨结构层的设计和估算提出了处理意见.此外,还给出了一些不同成分的复合材料的磨损参数,并给出了采用润滑性能好的填料比采用硬度高的填料更耐磨结论.

Abstract:This paper comes from a research on the glass fibre reinforced plastics skimming boat on shallow water.We analysed the cause for wear due to the environment under the boat bottom.And we completed imitative wear test with some complex materials.At last, we proposed design concept concerning installing a wearproof structural tier on the boot bottom.Moreover, we gave some wear and tear parameters of complex material of different ingredient, And we came to the conclusion concerning the use of lubricious filler which is more wearproof than hard filler.
