火炮炮管静态定向角测量系统研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种用激光光电经纬仪来测量火炮炮管静态定向精度的方法.应用组建的测试系统对炮管的高低角、水平角静态定向精度进行了测试,并对测试结果进行了精度分析与计算,最后绘出了精度曲线图,结果表明,此方法的测量精度满足0.1mil的精度要求.此外本文利用旋转矩阵的通用表达式推导出了火炮竖轴倾斜误差Δr1、炮耳轴与竖轴不垂直度误差Δr2和炮膛轴线与炮耳轴不垂直度误差Δr3三种误差对炮管定向精度影响的关系式,以此作为火炮生产时建模的依据,可以用来指导火炮的生产,具有较好的实用价值.

Abstract:A measuring system for artillery's static directional precision using a photoelectrical theodolite was brought forward in this paper. An integrated test system was used to measure the artillery's azimuth and altitude angles. A precision higher than 0.1mil was obtained. Factors causing errors in measuring were analyzed, e.g.inclination in the artillery's perpendicular axis, trunnion axis out of vertical to the perpendicular axis or artillery's axis out of vertical to the perpendicular axis, and the relevant expressions were given. They are useful in guiding the production of the artillery equipment.
