管材弯曲成形的有限元模拟与实验分析

摘    要:利用有限元计算方法对管材弯曲成形过程进行了模拟分析,并与实验结果进行了比较。指出,管弯曲内侧等效应变和壁厚变化呈跳跃式条状分布,是管壁起皱变形的前兆。切向应变在弯曲中部较大,向两端逐渐减小,在起弯侧和终弯侧切点以外的直管区域仍然延续有切向变形。

Abstract:FEM has been used to simulate and analyze the forming process of rotary-draw pipe bending.By comparing the analysis with experiments,it has been pointed out that it was an auspice that the wall of the tube wrinkled when the changes of equivalent strain and thickness of the inner wall took on strip and interval distribution.The strain of the tangential direction was bigger in the middle of bending and diminished toward two ends.The straight pipe out of the starting and finishing bending tangent points still had tangential strain to some extent.
