摘    要:研究了不同载体、主催化剂含量及助剂含量等制备条件对反应性能的影响,考察了不同反应温度、空速及原料配比条件下的催化反应性能;试验结果表明,当温度为1023K、空速52200ml/g·h,CH4∶CO2∶O2∶N2为3∶4.5∶1∶6,此时CH4和CO2的转化率分别为92.22%和70.04%,H2和CO的收率分别为92.22%和92.19%。

Abstract:Effect of catalytic performance was studied under various preparation conditions such as supports, content of main component and promoter; and it was also investigated under different reaction temperature, space velocity and feedstock ratios. The result shows that optimal reaction conditions are as below: temperature=1023K, space velocity=52200ml/(g·hr), CH 4∶CO 2∶O 2∶N 2 ratio=3∶4.5∶1∶6;optimal results are as below: conversion rates of CH 4 and CO 2 are 92.22% and 70.04% respectively, yields of H 2 and CO are 92.22% and 92.19% respectively.
