摘    要:考察了攀钢冷轧厂RuthnerFe2O3粉理化性能,研究了用RuthnerFe2O3粉制备永磁铁氧体的预烧工艺、摩尔比、烧结温度等工艺制度,制取的永磁铁氧体磁性能达到或超过SJ/T10410-93标准中的Y30H-1牌号水平。

Abstract:An investigation was made into the physical and chemical properties of the Ruthner Fe2O3 powder supplied from Pangang Cold Rolling Mill. Process schemes such as prefiring,mol ratio,sintering temperature for preparing permanent magnet ferrite from Ruthner Fe2O3 powder was researched. The permanent magnet ferrite made by this process exhibits better performance than Y30H-1 grade under SJ/ T10410 - 93 standard
