西非棉纺纱技术要点

摘    要:为用好西非棉,降低原料成本,缓解原棉紧缺问题,研究分析了西非棉的性能特点,并针对西非棉短绒率高、细小杂质多等特点,在清棉、梳棉工序加大落棉,多排短绒和杂质,在并条、粗纱、细纱工序主要采取抗缠绕措施,使纺制的C 18.2 tex纯西非棉纱成纱质量接近国产棉成纱质量水平.

Abstract:To use west African cotton well, reduce material cost and resolve raw cotton shortage, property of west African cotton was studied. Aiming at the characteristics of west African cotton such as short fibre content is higher,fine and small impurity is too much etc. , noil is increased in picking and carding process, short fibre and impurity is removed as much as possibility. In drawing, roving and spinning process, anti-winding measurement was adopted, which could make quality of C 18.2 tex yarn that was spun by west African cotton approach the quality of yarn which is made of domestic cotton.
