首钢高炉提高煤比降低焦比实践

摘    要:为了提高高炉煤比,降低焦比,首钢高炉进行了一系列攻关,如:改善原燃料质量,优化高炉操作,富氧喷煤,不断提高风温等,并且取得了较好的效果,2002年上半年与1995年相比,焦比降低了140.5kg/t,煤比提高了85.7kg/t。

Abstract:The renewal of 4 BFs at Shougang Corp. were conducted in succession during the period from 1991 to 1994. In order to increase coal ratio and decrease coke ratio of BFs,a series of measures were adopted, such as improving material quality, optimizing BF operation parameters, injecting pulverized coal with oxygen enriched blast,enhancing blast temperature and so on. As a result ,good effect was achieved,the coke ratio of BFs decreased by 140. 5 kg/t and the coal ratio increased by 85. 7 kg/t in the first half of 2002 compared with 1995.
