基于超磁致伸缩材料微位移驱动器的原理及实验研究

摘    要:文章分析了超磁致伸缩材料的特性和驱动原理,在此基础上自行研制了超磁致伸缩微位移驱动器,并设计了测控系统。经实验获得该驱动器偏置电流、预压力和静态位移输出等性能参数,结果表明驱动器性能达到精密定位控制的要求,为研制精密加工部件奠定基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the characteristics and the driving principle of giant magnetostrictive material (GMM), Based on this, a kind of micro-displacement actuator applied with GMM homemade is investigated. An experiment study is conducted for achieve parameters of the pre-pressure ,pre electric-magnetic field and the static outputs of displacement. The result shows the actuator satisfies the farther control request.
