| 摘 要： | 介绍和比较了2种发电调度方法,突出了节能发电调度的优越性,针对目前我国节能减排的要求,结合国内外发展趋势论证了实行节能调度的必要性和可能性.节能发电调度对传统的电力系统运行、电力市场实施以及电力系统监管等方面提出了一系列的挑战,为此进行了分析并提出了相应的解决方案.

| Abstract: | The advantages of energy-saving generation dispatching are presented though comparison with conventional generation dispatching.According to energy-saving and emission-reduction requirements in China,the necessity and possibility of implementing energy-saving generation dispatching are demonstrated based on its development tendency both at home and abroad.Challenges offered by energy-saving generation dispatching to traditional power system operation,electricity market implementation,and power system regulation are analyzed,and corresponding solutions are proposed. |
