聚磷酸铵对室外薄型钢结构防火涂料应用性能的影响

摘    要:聚磷酸铵(APP)是防火涂料膨胀发泡体系的主要组分。通过实验分析聚磷酸铵对室外薄型钢结构防火涂料理化性能和耐火性能的影响,结果表明,高聚合度的APP的热稳定性好于低聚合度的APP;在室外薄型钢结构防火涂料的应用中,使用高聚合度的APP涂料的理化性能好于添加低聚合度APP的涂料;APP在水中尤其在碱性环境下的水解性较强,并会对薄型钢结构防火涂料的理化性能和耐火性能造成较为明显的影响。

Abstract:Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) is one of the main components of the intumescent fire coating. The influence of APP on the physical and fire-retardant performances of outdoor thin steel structure fire coating is analyzed based on experiments.
