配电网自动化系统中采用光纤通信的误区

摘    要:配电网自动化的基础是通信网,而从变电站到各种配电装置的通信网是整个多级分层的通信网的核心,是影响整个配电网自动化系统性能价格比和可持续发展性的关键因素。国内早期实施的配网自动化项目中这一级通信网采用的通信介质多种多样。经过一段时间的实践证明无线、无线扩频、电话线等均不适用。于是各厂家转而推荐光纤通信方式。然而,欧美发达国家。配电网自动化已经发展多年,却并未在该级通信网中采用光纤作为配电网自动化的主要通信介质。章从多个方面分析了在该级通信网中,采用光纤时存在的种种误区。

Abstract:Communication network is the foundation for distribution network automation,and the critical factor to impact perfor- mance/cost ratio and sustainable development of distribution automation.This distribution communication network has employed multiple media.Practice has proven that radio,radio broad band and telephone lines are all inapplicable.Some manufacturers sug- gested to use fiber optical channel.Distribution network automation has developed for years in industrialized countries,but they have never used fiber optical communication channel in distribution automation.The paper analyzes the misunderstanding on using fiber optical in distribution communication network.
