细旦异形PET仿真丝后加工工艺研究

摘    要:本文选用三种冷却吹风条件下的细旦(75dtex/36f)异形(三角、三叶)涤纶预取向丝POY为原料,采用正交试验法研究了后加工工艺条件,如热盘和热板温度,对成品拉伸加捻DT的物理机械性能,如强伸度及不匀率的影响。在此基础上提出了各种异形DT较适宜的加工参数。实际所得异形丝织成仿真丝绸面料具有手感柔软,光泽优雅,无蜡状感等特点。

SILK-LIKE POST-PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF FINE AND PROFILE POLYESTER FILAMENTS
Abstract:Taking fine denier (75 dtex/36f) and profile (triangle, trilobal) polyester POY which has been subjected to 3 different cooling conditions as precusors, the effects of post-processing conditions such as the temperature of heating godet and plate on the mechanical properties of draw-twisted yarn like tenacity and uneveness are investigated by the orthogonal data processing method, on the basis of which the optimum processing parameters for different profile DT yarns are presented and the silk-like fabrics made from it has the features of soft hand, mild luster and non-wax feeling etc..
