高含H2S天然气的钢制压力容器设计

摘    要:介绍了开发含H2S天然气研究和工程设计的实践经验,解读国外标准和大量的HIC和SSC验证评定试验以及已有成功经验,提出了H2S≥8%、压力≥4.0MPa的天然气压力容器的选材、结构设计、设计计算,HIC,SSC验证评定和制造检验及验收基本作法和要求,为高H2S,CO2的高酸性气田开发和建设提供参考经验。

Abstract:This article introduces practical experience of HaS natural gas research and engineering design. It analyzed international standards and a lot of HIC and SSC experiments and their achievements, and the pressure vessel material selection, structure design, design calculation, and basic practices and requirements of HIC and SSC verification evaluation & manufacture inspection and acceptance for HaS ≥8%, pressure ≥4.0 MPa were put forward, which provides a lot of high Ha S and CO2 sour gas field development and construction experience for reference.
