| 摘 要： | 介绍了气泵压力开关的性能参数自动调整测控系统,该系统采用工控机系统控制步进电机来实现对气泵开关压力弹簧位置的调整以及压力信号的设置.系统中的各种信号通过接近开关、压力继电器和电磁阀送给工控机,再由工控机发出工作指令.其中对步进电机的选用和控制进行了详细分析.结果表明,采用该控制系统可大大提高气泵开关自动检测设备的工作效率.

| Abstract: | The automation measurement system of the air pump switch is introduced in this paper.The system adjusts position of the pressure spring and establishes the pressure signal of the air pump switch by industrial control computer.And all signals of system are transferred to industrial computer by SQ,PR and YV,then be controlled by industrial control computer.Among it,the choice and control of the hybrid step motor are introduced in details.The automation testing equipments of the air pump switch highly enhanced the work efficiency. |
