活化劣质粉煤灰与优质粉煤灰性能的对比研究

摘    要:通过将劣质灰粉磨到优质灰细度标准,并进行活化激发.比较了机械活化灰、化学机械活化灰和优质灰的组成以及应用性能的变化.结果表明,通过化学机械复合激发的粉煤灰可与优质灰相比,各项性能尤其是强度得到明显改善.劣质粉煤灰通过正确处理可应用于建筑行业.

Abstract:This paper compared the mechanically activated fly ash, the chemically and mechanically activated fly ash with the prime fly ash in composition and performance after pulverizing the poor fly ash to the fineness standard of prime fly ash and activating the pulverized fly ash. The experiment results indicated that the chemically and mechanically activated fly ash has shown remarkable improvement in quality and can compare to the prime fly ash in the performance especially in the strength. It suggests that the low-grade fly ash can be widely used in construction after treated properly.
