摘    要:针对东方1-1气田储层岩石胶结疏松,细砂岩孔隙度在14.3%~21.1%,渗透率范围值在0.28×10-3~3.2×10-3μm2,具极强水敏性和弱的酸敏性及碱敏性。为此,开发出了满足钻井工程和储层保护要求的快速弱凝胶水平井钻井液,该钻井液具有无固相、快速弱凝胶特性。室内实验和现场应用均表明,该钻井液具有独特的流变性,维护简单和优异的储层保护性能,特别适用于水平井水平段的钻进。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of reservoirs in the gas field DF 1-1, the drilling fluids to meet the requirements of drilling engineering and reservoir protection are developed for horizontal drilling. The drilling fluids have no solid phase and the features of fast weak gel. The in-house tests and field application show the drilling fluids have unique rheology and their maintenance is simple and they have excellent ability of reservoir protection. They are especially suitable for drilling of the horizontal sections of horizontal wells.
