脂肪酸营养与功能的最新研究

摘    要:概述了脂肪酸的种类以及与胆固醇和动脉硬化的相关研究,同时综述了各类脂肪酸营养与功能的最新研究,包括有n-6系多价不饱和脂肪酸、n-3系多不饱和脂肪酸、饱和脂肪酸、一价不饱和脂肪酸,以及一些微量脂肪酸如共轭脂肪酸、中短边脂肪酸等等。

Abstract:The kinds fatty acids and its related studies with cholesterol and atherosclerosis were summerid.The recent advances on nutition and function studies of fatty acids were reviewed,including n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids,n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,saturated acids,monounsaturated fatty acids,and some minor fatty acids such as conjugated fatty acids,medium and short fatty acids.
