湿法磷酸含氟气体回收过程常见问题及建议

阐述湿法磷酸生产的萃取分解、萃取料浆闪蒸冷却及浓缩系统含氟气体的产生过程;红磷化工有限责任公司现有3套不同工艺的湿法磷酸装置其含氟气体回收的工艺流程及回收利用中存在的问题(回收洗涤率低、设备管道被硅胶堵塞及被腐蚀磨蚀);对存在问题进行分析并提出整改措施。特别提出应对含氟尾气的治理工作引起关注。

Common troubles occurred in recovery(scrubbing)of fluoride-containing gas from WPA and some suggestions

The sources of fluorine-containing gas are analyzed from the extraction of WPA,flash evaporation cooling of slurry and concentration system.The different processes of fluorine-containing gas recovery and some problems existing in the 3 sets of WPA facilities at the enterprise are discussed from low recovery and washing rate,silica gel blocking pipe,and corrosion and abrasion of equipment.Meanwhile the countermeasures are presented to pay attention to the damage of fluorine-containing gas and eliminate it.
