分析了造纸机湿部真空系统的组成,其主要组件包括:真空元件、前级气水分离器、真空泵、后级气水分离器、真空管道。阐述了前后级气水分离器器体设计、空间布置及真空泵选用的依据,真空泵工作液循环使用以节约淡水资源及降低产品成本的必要性,以及工作液收集、循环、过滤、冷却、回用的工程方案。提出设备布置及管道设计的原则,噪音防治的措施及系统自动控制方案。

Process Design of Wet-end Vacuum System of Paper Machine

This paper analyzes the components of the wet-end vacuum system of paper machine,such as former stage separator,vacuum pump,back stage separator and pipeline,and discusses how to configure the system to meet the wet-end's requirements.Based on the detailed analyses,following conclusions are obtained:the task of the wet-end vacuum system is to guarantee the web forming quality and runnability,in order to ensure the system runs steadily and efficiently,design reasonable former /back stage separator,select vacuum pump with sufficient capacity,configure suitable pipelines,and establish control system through DCS are suggested.
