摘    要:本文从电镀理论分析入手,确定了影响沉积速率的因素,指出了常用的改进措施,并结合实际,提出了一套新的电沉积金刚石工具的工艺,该工艺通过提高镀液中主盐的浓度,不仅加快了电沉积的速率,而且改善了电镀层的质量。

Abstract:By analyzing theory on electroplating,factors that influence electroplating speed are determined and usual improving measures are pointed out. A new technique used to electroplate diamond tools is then put forward. By increasing concentration of main salt,the electroplating speed is raised and the quality of electroplating coat is also improved. Some examples are shown in the paper.
