单斗液压挖掘机挖掘力的电测与电算分析

挖掘力是单斗液压挖掘机的一个主要性能参数,对此进行研究有着重要意义。但笔者尚末见到将电测与电算结合起来研究的论著。因此,发表此文,供参考。本文介绍单斗液压挖掘机反铲挖掘力的电测与电算分析方法,并对一些实测结果和理论计算进行了比较,提出了看法与建议。这些成果对进一步深入研究单斗液压挖掘机具有实用和理论价值。

The Analysis of Electromeasurement and Elecrocalculation about Digging Force of the Hydraulic Excavator

The digging force is a fundamental parameter of the performance in the hydraulic excavator. A research into this question implies great im- portance. Though much significance has been given to this aspect, up to now, the author has not seen any article dealing with the investigation of eletromeasurement combined with electrocalculation. Therefor, the author offers his suggestion to the readers in this paper. This paper notionly introduces The method of the practical electro- measurement and electrocalculation of hydraulic excavalor butalso makes a comparison of some results between the actual measurement and the theoretical calculation. These results will be held theoretidally and prac- tically of great account for further research of the hydraulic excavator.
