摘 要: | 某发电厂2台600MW超临界汽轮机原设计使用混合配汽方式,存在运行经济性差、调频能力不足等问题;在试验基础上,采用不同的顺序阀阀序分别对2台汽轮机进行顺序阀方式改造,确定了新的滑压曲线。改造前后对比试验结果表明,采用顺序阀配汽可显著降低机组的煤耗,增强机组的负荷动态响应能力,第三只开启的调节阀对应的阀后喷嘴数量较少时,顺序阀运行经济性更佳。

Abstract: | There exist poor economical efficiency of operation and frequency regulation in former design of two 600 MW supercritical steam turbines made by Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. On the basis of a series of tests, the sequence valve mode of two steam turbines is retrofitted by adopting different valve sequences and a new sliding pressure curve is determined. The test comparing the situation before and after the retrofit shows that the steam distribution adopting sequence valve can significantly reduce coal consumption of units and en- hance response ability of load dynamic of units; in case valve-behind nozzles opposite to the third opening regulating valve are reduced, the economical efficiency of sequence valve operation is better. |
