| 摘 要： | 以建筑垃圾粉料、再生细骨料、电石渣、石灰为基本原料,引入改性剂S,采用蒸压养护工艺,制备承重墙体砖。结果表明：在合理的配料和养护工艺条件下,采用建筑垃圾粉料可完全取代水泥、石灰等胶凝材料,而再生骨料可全部取代砂粒;其中建筑垃圾粉料、再生骨料总用量可达到70%～80%,固体废弃物总用量达95%,制备的墙体砖强度达MU15级。

| Abstract: | A kind of b earing -wall brick is prepared with autoclave curing process, which is made of construction waste powder, fine recycled aggregates, calcium carbide residue and lime as the basic raw material, and modifier S. The results show that the brick is up to MU15 when the total amount of construction waste powder and fine recycled aggregates is be 70 % to 80 %, and solid waste reaches 95 %. |
