| 摘 要： | 介绍了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的光栅位移测量系统，阐明了系统的测量原理、硬件组成、软件设计。利用虚拟仪器技术的软件优势，把条纹计数细分算法融入数据处理中，提高了系统的抗干扰能力以及测量分辨率。

Grating Displacement Measurement System Based on the Virtual Instrument Technology |

| Abstract: | A grating displacement measurement system based on the virtual instrument technology was introduced.The principle of measurement,the component of hardware,the development of software of the system were illuminated.The algorithm of fringes'counting and subdivision was applied to the data processing by taking advantage of virtual instrumental technology,so the resolution and anti-jamming ability of the system were improved. |
