摘    要:在自由弧中利用含熔融氢的等离子射流直接作用于自耗Ni阳极,以此制备金属纳米镍粉末,发现工作压力的影响并不遵循一般真空蒸发的规则,氢的加入才是影响制粉产率的关键因素,氢气的加入能大幅提高制粉产率;提出了微气相分子蒸发机制来解释氢的作用原理,并解释产率与气相中氢分压同步增长的原因。

Abstract:Nanometer-sized nickel powder is prepared by liberty arc, in which fusible hydrogen is joined as cathode shoot. It is found that the effect of working pressure does not follow the classical rules. The hydrogen is the key factor to the productive efficiency. The mini-hydrogen bubble in fusible metal can lead to the vacuum vaporization of nickel so that the powder productivity is proportional to the hydrogen pressure. The mechanism can also explain the phenomena of the productivity increase with the increase of working pressure.
