| 摘 要： | “停车难”问题的主要原因在于:机动车拥有量的迅猛增长;停车场的规划建设落后于实际需求;停车未能真正产业化;有关停车方面的管理体制不顺.提出了解决城市停车问题的对策,指出城市停车问题是一个政策问题,通过相关政策管理措施,完全可以较好地解决城市停车问题.

| Abstract: | The main causes of parking difficulty lie in the following facts: the steady increase in vehicles, the planning and construction of parking lots lagging behind the actual demand, the lack of industrialization in parking, the inefficient parking management. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve this problem, holding that the main reason is policy. By means of relevant policies and management measures, the parking problem can be solved. |
