4种圆度误差评定方法分析

摘    要:介绍了圆度误差评定的4种方法:最小区域法、最小二乘法、最小外接圆法和最大内切圆法.研究了4种评定方法的判别准则,分别建立数学模型进行理论推导.在深入研究基础上,采用Visual C++编程加以实现算法.利用美国OGP公司研制的"flash2000"影像测量仪对光滑环规工件进行5次重复测量,应用4种算法分别计算结果,并进行结果比对.实验结果表明,4种方法都能较好地实现圆度误差评定,其中最小区域法圆度评定的准确性相对较高.

Abstract:There are four kinds of roundness error evaluation algorithms; MZC、LSC、MCC、MIC. The criterion of the four kind of evaluation algorithms is studied, and the mathematical model is established to carry on the theory inferential reasoning separately. Based on the deep research, Visual C++ programm is used to realize the algorithm. With the "flash2000" image admeasuring apparatus, five surveys, on the plain ring gauge work piece were carried out The results were obtained with four algorithms and compared. The experimental result indicats that four algorithms are better to realize the evaluation of the roundness error, while in the four, the MZC roundness evaluation accuracy is relatively good.
