风管钢支架的设计研究

摘    要:风管钢支架在水泥企业中应用广泛,为提高风管钢支架使用的可靠性,通常采用结构设计软件进行工程设计辅助。以窑头AQC炉与沉降室之间热风管道的固定支架为例,介绍了支架顶部的荷载取值和支架的二维、三维建模及设计计算。最后就支架的施工图设计和有关问题进行了介绍和讨论。

Abstract:Air duct steel supporting was widely used in cement indusry, and to improve its reliability,the frame design software usually applied in engineering design. Took the .fixed supporting frame of the hot air duct between AQC boiler and gravity separator as example, the load value of the top, the planar and three-dimensional modeling and the calculation of the frame were introduced. Finally, the working drawing design and the related problems were discussed.
