日本进口加工食品自主管理指导方针

摘    要:日本的食品安全管理是依靠全社会共同参与,共担责任,协调管理来完成的,而且强调诚信和自律.各个食品安全相关方都被赋予了相关责任,尤其要求实施自主管理.基于这一理念,日本制定了进口加工食品自主管理指针,通过落实该指针,最大限度减少食品安全风险.此次日本公布的加工食品自主管理指针涵盖了从种植、生产、加工、销售的全过程管理,要求相关业者按照法律要求履行职责,实施自主管理,确保食品安全.

Abstract:Japanese food safety management is to rely on the whole society to participate in shared responsibility,coordination and management to complete,and emphasize integrity and self-discipline.Various food safety related parties have been given the responsibility,in particular,requires the implementation of self-management.Based on this concept,Japan enacted the import of processed foods,self-management pointers,through the implementation of the pointer to minimize food safety risks.The Japan announced processed foods from independent management pointer covers planting,production,the processing,the sale process management and require relevant manufacturers to perform the duties in accordance with the law requires,independent management,ensure implementation of food safety.
