摘    要:为了对塑料瓶坯进行自动整理、码放、装箱,开发基于坐标式机器人瓶坯装箱系统。文章详细描述该装箱系统的工艺流程及技术参数和要求,同时描述瓶坯的输送、整列、排列、抓取式装箱及周转箱输送整条生产线的运行过程。

Abstract:The packing system was developed based on coordinate ro-bot for plastics bottle perform automatic sorting,laying,packing.The process flow and technical parameters of the system were de-scribed in details,and the whole process was described of bottle per-form in conveying,lining,grabbing case packing and circulating box conveying.
