| 摘 要： | 长期过量饮酒会造成人体多器官损伤,尤其对肝脏损伤尤为严重.ALD的发病机制较为复杂,文章从乙醇在人体内的代谢途径及其在肝脏中主要酶系统的代谢机制,对酒精性肝病的发病机制及解酒护肝作用机理进行详尽的阐述.

| Abstract: | Excessive drinking for a long time can induce damage to many organs,especially to the liver.The pathogenesis of ALD is complicated.Based on the metabolism pathway of ethanol through the human body and three main enzyme systems in the liver,elaborated on the pathogenesis of the alcoholic liver disease and the mechanism of relieving alcoholism and liver protection. |
