MPS立磨和PR20辊压机水泥粉磨系统的比较

摘    要:对比和分析了江苏某厂5000t/d熟料生产线采用的两套水泥粉磨系统(MPS立磨+管磨机水泥粉磨系统和RP20辊压机+管磨机水泥粉磨系统)一年的生产数据(台时产量和单位产品电耗),结果表明,立磨水泥粉磨系统具有单机产量高,操作性好,对物料适应性强和相对维修量少等优点;而辊压机+管磨机水泥粉磨系统节电优势明显、设备配置简单,但对物料粒度要求高、维修量大、单机产量低。

Abstract:The production data (output and unit product power consumption) of the two sets of cement grinding system(MF5 vertmal mill+tube mill cement grinding system and RP20 roller press+tube mill cement grinding system) in the 5 000 t/d clinker production line of a Jiangsu cement plant was compared and analysed. The results showed as follows: the vertical mill system had the strong points of high output,easy operation, strong material adaptation and little maintenance; and for the roller press cement grinding system, it had a clear energy saving superiority and simple equipment configuration, but the requirements of material was high, the mantenance was great and the output was low.
