电力客户信用风险评价模型研究

摘    要:建立电力企业客户信用评价机制是解决电力企业电费回收难和严重违章用电现象的有效途径之一。结合电力生产实际情况,设定一系列客户信用评价要素和信用风险评价指标,同时赋予这些指标不同的权重,对电力客户进行信用评价。

Abstract:To establish credit assessment mechanism for electric power customers is one of the effective manners to solve the difficulty of reclaiming electrical charge and the behavior of stealing power. According to certain principle and combined with the actual production conditions of the power supply enterprise,we could establish a series of indices which are of different weight,and then assess the credit of the electric power customers.
